During client’s occupancy and production, VE-Engineers performs all building and utility systems operation and maintenance (preventive, trouble shooting) ensuring sustainable, stable and efficient operation. With qualified technicians and engineers we continuously reviewing systems’ performances, focus on improving and optimizing their efficiency. This will reduce costs for energy and other resources and allows the customer to concentrate on his core competences rather than to spent resources to struggle with problems in and around the building. We take care that the required amount of utilities is supplied to the right location in the required amount and quality, provide 24-hours maintenance services 7 days a week. Regular reports on the facility performance will give the operator of the building the chance to supervise efficiency and performance.
